is handled.

This policy covers Tony Jalan’s executive advisory website and its contact form and leadership check-in. The public business name is Revenue and Freedom Academy-Tony Jalan. “Tony,” “we” and “us” refer to Tony Jalan as the website operator.
Information collected
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address and message, together with any company, role and area of interest you choose to provide. The website also records a submission identifier, submission time and email-notification status, including attempt times, a provider message identifier when accepted, and a technical error code if a notification fails. Please do not send passwords, payment details, health information or confidential business records.
The hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, request times and error logs to deliver and protect the website. Where the hosting platform requires sign-in, it also handles account and authentication information under its own privacy policy.
Leadership check-in answers and scores are calculated in the current page and are not saved to our inquiry database. If you select “Talk through your next step,” the suggested focus area is added to the contact-page URL and form. That topic may therefore appear in browser history or technical request logs and is included in your inquiry if you submit the form. Individual ratings and scores are not included automatically.
Payments
This website does not accept payments or collect payment-card information. Its contact form is for inquiries only. Please do not include card numbers or bank-account details in your message.
How information is used
We use inquiry details to understand your request, respond to you, discuss possible services and maintain a record of the conversation. Submission details also support duplicate prevention and limits on repeated submissions. Technical information supports site delivery, troubleshooting and security. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter or automated marketing campaign.
Who receives information and how it is disclosed
Your form submission travels over an HTTPS connection from your browser to the website’s server and is written to its hosted database. Tony can review saved inquiries through the site’s authenticated management tools. Inquiries are not displayed on public website pages.
- Website service providers: OpenAI Sites and the underlying Cloudflare hosting and database services process information to operate, store and secure the website. Information is made available through hosting requests, database operations and authenticated management access.
- Communication providers: When email notifications are enabled, the website sends inquiry details to Resend over an authenticated HTTPS connection for delivery to Tony’s Google Workspace inbox. These providers process the name, email address, message and any optional company, role or topic included in the inquiry. If Tony responds by email or through another channel you request, the relevant providers also process that response. If notifications are unavailable, the inquiry remains saved and you can contact Tony directly by email.
- Legal or security recipients: Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or protect legal rights. Such disclosure would be made through the relevant legal or secure communication process.
- At your direction: Information may be shared with another recipient when you specifically request or authorize that sharing.
The website does not sell inquiry information or share it with advertising networks for targeted advertising. External links, including LinkedIn, take you to services with their own data practices. Following a link sends a request to that service; it does not automatically send your contact-form message.
Security practices
The deployed website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. Inquiry storage is accessed by server-side code rather than directly by visitors. The submission endpoint validates fields, limits message sizes, checks request origin information when available, uses parameterized database statements and limits repeated submissions from the same email address. Stored inquiries are accessed through authenticated site-management tools, and there is no public endpoint for listing them.
These measures reduce risk but do not guarantee that information is completely secure. Hosting-provider infrastructure and account security also affect protection. Do not use the inquiry form to transmit sensitive or confidential records.
Podcast players
Podcast players are provided by Spreaker, Transistor and Apple Podcasts. A player connects to its provider only after you choose to open an interview. That provider and its delivery partners receive technical information through your browser’s requests, such as your IP address, browser information and playback activity, and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. We do not send contact-form details to these players. Closing a player removes it from the page; it does not delete cookies already stored by its provider.

Cookies and tracking
The website does not add advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. The hosting or sign-in platform may use cookies or similar technology needed for authentication and service operation. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies may affect access.
Retention and your choices
Submitted inquiries remain in the hosted database until deleted by the site operator; the website does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule. Provider logs and backups may follow separate provider retention schedules. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of the inquiry information you submitted. Information may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve a dispute.
To make a privacy request, use the contact form, include “Privacy request” in your message, and explain your request. You can also email tony@tonyjalan.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information before taking action. Do not send identity documents unless a suitable verification method has been agreed.
Audience and processing locations
This website is intended for adult business and professional audiences, not children. It does not request children’s information. If you believe a child’s personal information has been submitted, please contact Tony for review and removal. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Policy updates
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If the site adds new data collection or services, this policy should be updated to describe them. See also our Terms of Service.
