Business growth. Leadership. A life with more room.
Coaching and advisory for business owners and sales leaders working toward more revenue, stronger teams, and greater control over their time.
Work with Tony Jalan on the sales practices, leadership habits and team ownership behind those goals.
Tell me what you’re working through. We’ll explore whether working together makes sense.

When growth asks more of you
You want the business to grow. You also want a life beyond keeping it running.
When every decision waits for you, progress slows and your own priorities get pushed aside. We can work on the leadership habits, sales practices and team ownership behind that pattern.
Here, more freedom means greater control over your time and responsibilities: fewer decisions depending on you and a team that takes ownership.
Clarify what your people can own and what still needs your attention.
Develop the judgment, confidence and accountability to follow through.
Connect growth priorities to consistent sales activity and useful coaching.
A practical approach
With some clients, I use three steps to connect honest reflection with practical change.
Understand what is happening.
Look at the situation, the patterns and the impact of your leadership. What are you seeing? What might you be missing?
Be honest about your part.
Recognize what is true, what is within your control and what you need to take responsibility for. What needs to be addressed?
Choose what you will do next.
Turn that understanding into a specific commitment. Decide what you will do, when you will do it and how you will review progress.
Your thinking partner
I’m Tony Jalan. I’ve led sales divisions, recruited and developed people, and built training programs. I’ve also been promoted, demoted and passed over.
Those experiences shape the questions I ask and the perspective I bring. I believe in caring about your people more than your position. That includes clear expectations and difficult conversations.
